About

We built this because hiring is broken

Every growing company hits the same wall: to do more, you need more people. More people means more overhead, more onboarding, more management, more complexity. DigitalWorkers exists to break that loop.

The story

Why we built this

We watched too many companies spend their best engineers' time on support tickets. We watched founders pay thousands per month to agencies for outreach that could be systematised. We watched QA teams become a bottleneck on every release cycle, not because they were slow, but because the volume of work was never designed to be done by humans alone.

The problem was never talent. The problem was that certain categories of work — valuable, necessary, often skilled — are also fundamentally repetitive and rule-driven. The kind of work that AI is now genuinely good at.

We built DigitalWorkers around one core insight: the best AI agents aren't general-purpose chatbots — they're specialists with defined roles, appropriate tools, and clear authority boundaries.

Every DigitalWorker is purpose-trained, not fine-tuned on your data in an insecure shared pool, but architecturally designed to understand a specific job function and operate within it. Your SDR worker understands the sales development function. Your QA worker understands software quality assurance. They come pre-equipped with the knowledge, judgment, and tooling to do that job — and only that job.

What we believe

Our values

Autonomy with accountability

AI workers should be able to act independently — but humans should always be able to see exactly what they did and why. Every action is logged. Every decision is transparent.

Security is non-negotiable

Your data belongs to you. We enforce hard architectural isolation between tenants — separate databases, separate contexts, no shared infrastructure between organisations.

Simple pricing, earned trust

One price per worker, no hidden fees. We earn trust by being straightforward about what you're paying for and delivering measurable value.

Workers, not widgets

The best AI products feel like people, not tools. DigitalWorkers are designed to operate with role awareness, contextual judgment, and professional communication — not like a poorly-prompted GPT.

Under the hood

How the platform works

DigitalWorkers is a multi-tenant SaaS platform where each organisation has its own isolated database, its own workers, and its own configuration. There is no shared state between tenants.

Worker runtime

Each worker runs as a managed AI agent with access to a defined tool set. Workers can make API calls, read and write to your connected systems, send messages, and take actions — all within the boundaries you set.

Approval system

Before taking any action that exceeds your defined autonomy threshold, workers submit an approval request. You review and approve or reject from your dashboard. Approved actions execute immediately.

Thread communication

Workers communicate through a structured thread system — not unstructured chat. Every message is tied to a task context, making conversations searchable and auditable.

Notification layer

Every event type can trigger notifications to channels you configure. Granular per-notification-type preferences so you only hear about what matters to you.
